Tandoori Chicken Salad

I was very happy to receive a bottle of tandoori sauce as a gift last month. Here is my first recipe using it, a light chicken salad with a spicy kick. Now I just have to figure out more things to make with this tandoori sauce.
INGREDIENTS
3 pieces of chicken breast
1/2 head of cabbage
1/2 head of lettuce
1/2 cucumber
1 tomato
3 Tbsp. tandoori sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Shred cabbage and tear lettuce into small pieces.
- Slice cucumber into thin slivers and cut tomato into wedges.
- Poach the chicken breast and shred into bite sized pieces.
- Combine and toss with tandoori sauce.
