Christmas in February!

Mayacamas Seasonings

Wow! Today I received a gift in the mail from a very good (and very generous) friend living in California. Inside the box I found a large assortment of sauces, gravies, and bottled seasonings.

Food Gift

These come from a company called Mayacamas Fine Foods. On their website it says these are all natural, gluten free gourmet products made in Sonoma County, California. On closer inspection these sauces also have no fat or very low fat.

This was a perfect present! I just have to come up with some recipe ideas now. Stay tuned!
