Legend’s Vegetarian Restaurant

Picture of Vegetarian Look Fun

Specializing in vegetarian dim sum and Buddhist cuisine, this vegetarian version of the popular Legend’s Restaurant was such a great find!

If you know where the regular Legend’s dim sum restaurant is, this location is situated just across the walkway. It’s much smaller than the original restaurant which makes it much easier to get a seat and take your pick of the dim sum offerings.

Here is what we had…

Vegetarian Half Moon – I think this was my favorite…or the Look Fun.

And finally Custard Tarts. The one that is pale in color is made with just egg whites, much healthier!

Dim sum plates come in three different prices. These all happened to be Medium plates which run $2.50. Our total bill after a filling 8 plates was $20.00 + tax. This is definitely our new favorite weekend lunch spot!

I am just plain jealous. If I want vegetarian, I have to cook it myself! That veggie half moon looks so tempting I wish I could jump right through the screen.

About da Mistah…try imagining one stubborn a** doxie wanting to terrorize the rest of the students (there were 6 dogs altogether and he was the smallest). It was funny to see in action but I know the teacher didn’t exactly appreciate it.

Hey noble pig,
If you are ever in a vegetarian mood when you’re here, you should give it a try!

Hey Rowena,
Yeah, that half moon is so good – don’t miss the meat at all! And hopefully Mr. B will grow out of it. Rocky was quite rascal until about 1 year old. :D

Hey lauren,
That’s so cool about your uncle! And I’ll have to try that rice dish next time I’m there! :D
