Grilled Vegetables with 3 Sauces

This past December I bought myself a grill pan for my Christmas present. I’ve only used it a couple times before but I think with this recipe I have already found my favorite use for it!

Cut your favorite veggies into big chunky pieces and throw them onto a lightly oiled grill pan. Turn once to get those pretty grill marks and you are done!
Grilled Eggplant

Grilled Onions – These became so deliciously sweet and mild, next time I’m going to do two onions so we don’t have to fight over them!

The other veggies that I also grilled up this day were bell peppers, portobello mushrooms, and naganegi (Japanese long onion).
Along with our sweet grilled veggies were a choice of three dipping sauces. Up front is low salt shoyu with grated ginger – very tasty, back to the right is low salt shoyu with wasabi, and back to the left is yuzu ponzu sauce – my favorite!

yummy! I often use my grill pan to grill steaks because we cannot use a hibachi on our lanai.
Oh these look beautiful! Wow, what a beautiful way to serve them, very appetizing.
Hey kat,
Mmm, the thought of grilled steaks makes my mouth water!
Hey noble pig,
