Vegetarian Taco

Tried to make some vegetarian tacos a while back. I was pretty motivated so I even made my own homemade tortillas!

Homemade Tortilla

For the meat substitute I cut up a boca burger into little pieces and cooked it with some taco seasoning. Added some veggies and salsa and had a quick little dinner!

Hey kat and Lisa,
I tried my hand at making my own tortillas after watching a cool video on it. http://www.rockinginhakata.com/2008/06/02/406/
The video is by a JET teacher living in Hakata, Japan. I used his recipe as a guide but changed it a bit to use about 50% whole wheat flour. :)
