Last night was so fun…and delicious! I was able to attend the Hawaii Food Bank – Great Chefs Fight Hunger Fundraiser. Knowing that I would love this type of event, my dad invited me along to join him at the VIP table for Chinen & Arinaga Financial Group.

Hokulani Cupcakes

I believe this Port Wine cupcake and the first short cake cupcake were flavors that won their victory on Food Network’s Cupcake Wars.

Y. Hata Desserts

Y. Hata also had a great variety of beautiful desserts.

Y. Hata Dessert

I finished the night with this Lilikoi Panna Cotta with Champagne Jelly. Nice and light, not too sweet just how I like my desserts.

Too delicious, too beautiful, too much fun for words! The VIP treatment, get out! My stomach hurts to look at all that food and I’m guessing that you didn’t get to taste every single dish?

Hi Rowena!
I had a good plan. Since I was there with my dad, I took a photo, then a bite or two, then gave the other half of the plate to my dad to finish. That way I was able to try just about everything without getting to stuffed! 😀
